TO PROVE

study = fail

PROOF

adding (1) and (2) equations

we get

study + don't study = don't fail + fail

study ( 1+don't )    = fail ( don't + 1)

cancelling (1 + don't )

study ( 1+don't )    = fail ( don't + 1)

study  =  fail 

thus the theorem is proved
